MEMORIAL DAY EVENTS


The Memorial Day celebration will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2012.  The township is planning the Memorial Day festivities and considering some changes to the program; updates will be posted here.

The Looking Glass Triathlon will begin at 7am from Looking Glass Valley Park.  A parade from the township hall to the cemetery will begin at approximately 11am.  The Lions Club will be making food available for this event both during and after the parade.

Looking Glass Triathlon

NOTE:  The 2012 Looking Glass Triathlon is full and registration is closed.

This year's triathlon will start at 7am on Saturday, May 26, at the Looking Glass Valley Park.  The event will incorporate segments of running, canoeing, and bicycling.
  • $30 registration fee per team (check made payable to Watertown Township)
  • All teams start and finish with the same partners
  • Teams must furnish their own bikes
  • Teams must include at least one member over age 18

MARCH 24TH EASTER EGG HUNT

Watertown Charter Township sponsored an Easter Egg Hunt at the Wallace F. Watt Community Center on Saturday, March 24th. We were pleased to see so many from the community come to enjoy the event.
